Miniature Deep Groove Ball Bearing
● Miniature deep groove ball bearings are composed of two rings containing a single row of balls. They have deep raceway grooves and the cage keeps the balls separated.
● Miniature ball bearings are single row deep groove ball bearings with a bore diameter of up to 10 mm. They are available in 100Cr6 grade steel or alternatively AISI 440 or 420 stainless steel if additional corrosion resistance is required. Single row deep groove ball bearings are particularly versatile. They are simple in design, non-separable, suitable for high and very high speeds and are robust in operation, requiring little maintenance. Single row deep groove ball bearings have deep, uninterrupted raceway grooves. These raceway grooves have a close osculation with the balls, enabling the bearings to accommodate radial loads and axial loads in both directions. Miniature bearings are available open or sealed with rubber seals “RS” or metal shields “Z”. Cages are available in sheet-steel, fiber-reinforced plastic and special phenolic material designed for high speed applications.
● Miniature bearings are also available with reduced or increased raceway groove clearance from MC1 up to MC6.
