Joint bearing SQ...RS is dominated by an inner and outer sphere within a spherical outer ring, can withstand a greater load. Ball Joint rod end SQ..RS series consists of housing and shank, the housing is made up of zinc base alloy, while shank is bearing steel. In addition, the shank of ball joint housing may be left-hand thread, for left-hand thread, suffix"L" is added to bearing number and thread sign,e.g.SQL5-RS.
Because of spherical plain bearing joints with large contact area, tilt angle, but also because most of the bearings taken by a special process treatment, such as surface phosphate, zinc, chrome or outside the sliding surface lining, insert pads, spraying.
