Linear bearing LM-AJ type has the same dimensions as the standard type, but the nut has a slit in the direction of the LM shaft. This allows the linear bushing to be installed in a housing whose inner diameter is adjustable, and enables the clearance between the LM shaft and the housing to easily be adjusted.

The biggest difference between LM-AJ adjustment linear bearing and standard linear bearing is that the former bushing is not completely closed, which facilitates installation and adjustment during assembly.

The LM-AJ linear bearing with slot for clearance adjustment is metric in size. It is crafted according to Asian standard, so as to meet the demand for use in Asian machines. The product used for the shaft with a minimum nominal diameter of 6mm has a length of 19mm, while the linear bearing with slot used for the shaft with a maximum nominal diameter of 150mm is 240mm in length. Our different models of products can be applied in different machines, in order to help the normal operation of shaft and shaft parts, as well as to ensure the precise working position.

Please be aware that any drop or knock of the linear bushing may cause damage. When it is impacted, the function may be damaged even if the appearance does not appear to be. Please note any decomposition of the linear bearing may result in the entry of foreign matter or adversely affect the assembly accuracy.
