UCPA tapped base pillow block bearing units, is designed for radial loads that running in the direction of support surface. The unit consists of a bearing insert with a spherical outer diameter in a cast iron housing which features a shortened base with metric size tapped holes for mounting in confined spaces. The bearing case is integrally formed and has a strong firmness. The grease nipple on the top of the housing for adding grease to the insert bearing, to re-lubricate the insert bearing and maintain the whole unit working stably.

The installation and usage of this series of bearing unit is really simple and easy. Compared with the ordinary two-bolt pillow block bearing unit types, the UCPA series bearing units have a narrow width due to the absence of flanges on both sides of the base.

The UCPA taped base pillow block bearings is a product with inch mounting bolt holes. It is light-duty and has a wide inner ring. The inner ring has an eccentric ring lock on the protruding part for fixing the shaft.
