Linear bearing slide unit SCE...UU series is the closed, single length. The closed bearing design allows for a lower cost installation by using end supported shafts.

It is size interchangeable with other manufacturers. It consists of a closed standard aluminum housing with 4 fixing holes and a matching SCE standard linear bearing. The unit has two circlips. There are also two rubber seals (UU) at both ends of the linear bearing to prevent debris or ball bearing contamination. In addition, the aluminum casing is small and light, and has high corrosion resistance.

A typical CNC system, consists of a linear shaft of matching diameter, ranging from 8 to 60 mm, mounted on both ends of the shaft by two end supports, and a linear bearing with linear bearings running along the shaft. Most CNC machines have two such components mounted side-by-side, using a housing as a stand to support the mobile platform. The housing can be mounted from above or below, making it easy to install into the intended system.

Application

Linear bearings are widely used in grinding machine, milling machines, lathes, drilling machine, and comprehensive processing machines, discharge manufacturing machine, boring machine, line cutting machine, precise measurement instrument, woodworking machinery, handling machine, and the shipping device, linear motor, linear cause, the position measurement system.
