Spherical roller bearings 22300 series have cylindrical shape and conical shape available. The conical tapered bore has a taper of 1:30 and 1:12. The conical inner bore bearing is equipped with an adapter sleeve or a withdrawal sleeve. The tapered bore self-aligning ball bearing can be easily and quickly assembled on the optical axis or step machine shaft.

There are several different designs for the spherical roller bearings, and listed as follows:

CA type: These bearings are based on one piece precision-machined brass cage and symmetric rollers.The designs are optimized to offer considerable higher load ratings than conventional designs for a broad range of applications and long service life.

CC type: These bearings are based on two window-type steel cages and symmetric rollers. There is a flangeless inner ring with a guide ring centered on the inner ring.

MB type: These bearings are based on two piece precision-machined brass cages being an improvement over the conventional design. These bearings incorporate symmetrical rollers and are equivalent to CC design in load capacity.

E type: These bearings consist of symmetric rollers, floating guide ring through the double row roller, inner ring without rib, two sheet steel cages.
