Correction of allowable speed of bearing with seat under different matching conditions
In order to facilitate the installation of the seated rolling bearing and the shaft, generally the inner ring of the bearing and the shaft adopt a clearance fit. However, the size of the clearance between the inner ring of the bearing and the shaft is related to the allowable speed of the seated bearing. The higher the speed, the smaller the clearance between the inner ring of the bearing and the shaft. According to the matching type of bearing inner ring and shaft, the coefficient of permissible speed correction of rolling bearing with seat is shown in Table 6.2. The allowable speed of the bearing with stop screw is corrected by multiplying the allowable speed (standard value) by the fit coefficient according to the tolerance zone of the used shaft. For bearings with fasteners, shafts with tolerances h8 or h9 are recommended, and shafts with tolerances h5 or j5 are recommended for bearings with eccentric fixing rings.
