1. Bearing installation: The bearing installation must be carried out in a dry and clean environment. Before installation, the machining quality of the mating surfaces of the shaft and the housing, the end faces of the shoulders, the grooves and the connecting surfaces should be carefully checked. All mating surfaces must be carefully cleaned and deburred, and unmachined surfaces of castings must be free of sand. Before installing the bearing, it should be cleaned with gasoline or kerosene, used after drying, and ensure good lubrication. The bearing is generally lubricated with grease, but also can be lubricated with oil. When using grease lubrication, the grease with excellent performance such as no impurities, anti-oxidation, anti-rust and extreme pressure should be used. The filling amount of grease should be 30%-60% of the bearing and bearing housing volume, and should not be too much. The double row tapered roller bearing with sealed structure and the water pump shaft bearing have been filled with grease, which can be directly used by the user and cannot be cleaned again. When the bearing is installed, an equal pressure must be applied on the circumference of the end face of the ferrule to press the ferrule in. Do not directly strike the end face of the bearing with tools such as a hammer to avoid damage to the bearing. In the case of a small amount of interference, the end face of the bearing ring can be pressed with a sleeve at room temperature, and the sleeve can be hit with a hammer head to press the ring evenly through the sleeve. If installed in large quantities, hydraulic presses can be used. When pressing in, it should be ensured that the end face of the outer ring and the end face of the shoulder of the shell, and the end face of the inner ring and the end face of the shaft shoulder are pressed tightly, and no gap is allowed. When the interference is large, it can be installed by oil bath heating or inductor heating bearing method. The heating temperature range is 80℃-100℃, and the maximum cannot exceed 120℃. At the same time, use nuts or other appropriate methods to fasten the bearing to prevent the bearing from shrinking in the width direction after cooling, which will cause a gap between the ring and the shaft shoulder. The clearance value should be determined according to different operating conditions and the size of the interference. When necessary, tests should be carried out to determine. The double-row tapered roller bearing and the water pump shaft bearing have been adjusted for clearance at the factory, and do not need to be adjusted during installation. After the bearing is installed, a rotation test should be carried out. First, it should be used for the rotating shaft or bearing box. If there is no abnormality, it will be operated with power without load and at low speed, and then gradually increase the rotation speed and load according to the operation conditions, and detect noise, vibration and temperature rise. , found abnormal, should stop the operation and check. It can be delivered for use only after the running test is normal. 2. Bearing disassembly: When the bearing is to be used continuously after dismantling, an appropriate disassembly tool should be selected. When removing a ferrule with an interference fit, only the pulling force can be applied to the ferrule, and it is never allowed to transmit the removal force through the rolling elements, otherwise the rolling elements and the raceway will be crushed. 3. The use environment of the bearing: According to the use part and the use conditions and environmental conditions, the specification, size and accuracy are selected, and the appropriate bearing is matched to ensure the life and reliability of the bearing. 1. Use parts: Tapered roller bearings are suitable for bearing combined radial and axial loads mainly based on radial loads. They are usually used in pairs with two sets of bearings. They are mainly used in the front and rear hubs of automobiles, driving bevel gears, differential Gearbox, reducer and other transmission parts. 2. Allowable speed: in the environment of correct installation and good lubrication, it is allowed to be 0.3-0.5 times the limit speed of the bearing. Under normal circumstances, 0.2 times the limit speed is the most appropriate. 3. Allowable inclination angle: Tapered roller bearings generally do not allow the shaft to be inclined relative to the housing hole. If there is an inclination, the maximum shall not exceed 2′. 4. Allowable temperature: Under normal load, and the lubricant has high temperature resistance and sufficient lubrication, the general bearing is allowed to work at an ambient temperature of -30°C-150°C.
