Adjustment measures for problems after bearing installation

Do not directly hammer the bearing end face and non-stressed surface during installation. Use pressure blocks, sleeves or other installation tools to make the bearing evenly stressed, and do not install it through rolling elements. If the mounting surface is lubricated, the installation will be smoother. If the interference is large, the bearing should be heated to 80~90℃ in mineral oil and installed as soon as possible. When the base T is hard to chew, it is recommended that you use the dismantling tool to pull out and pour hot oil on the inner ring carefully, the heat will expand the inner ring of the bearing and make it easier to fall off.

Not all bearings require a minimum working clearance, you must select the appropriate clearance according to the conditions. In the national standard 4604-93, the radial clearance of rolling bearings is divided into five groups - 2 groups, 0 groups, 3 groups, 4 groups, and 5 groups. The clearance values u200bu200bare from small to large, and group 0 is the standard clearance. The basic radial clearance group is suitable for general operating conditions, normal temperature and commonly used interference fit; bearings working under special conditions such as high temperature, high speed, low noise and low friction should choose a large radial clearance; Small radial clearance should be selected for precision spindles, machine tool spindle bearings, etc.; a small amount of working clearance can be maintained for roller bearings. In addition, there is no clearance for separate bearings; finally, the working clearance after the bearing is installed is smaller than the original clearance before installation, because the bearing has to bear a certain load to rotate, and there is elasticity generated by the bearing fit and load. amount of deformation.

There are two steps that need to be strictly carried out in the adjustment process for the seal defect problem of the bearing with inlaid seal.

1. The inlaid seal shaft mounting cover structure is changed to both sides of the bearing, and the bearing mounting structure of the equipment is adjusted without direct contact with the bearing, and the bearing is dust-proof from the outside of the bearing. The sealing effect of this structure is higher than that of the bearing itself sold by the bearing agent, which directly blocks the intrusion path of particulate matter and ensures the cleanliness of the inside of the bearing. This structure improves the heat dissipation space of the bearing and reduces the fatigue resistance of the bearing.

2. Although the external sealing method of the bearing has a good sealing effect, the heat dissipation path is also blocked, so it is necessary to install cooling components. The cooling device can reduce the operating temperature of the lubricant, and after cooling, the natural heat dissipation can avoid the high temperature operation of the bearing.
