The normal temperature of the precision spindle bearing changes with the calorific value, heat rejection, speed ratio and load of the equipment. Under normal circumstances, the temperature of the precision spindle bearing slowly rises with the operation of the bearing, and reaches a stable state after 1 to 2 hours. If the lubrication or assembly is unreasonable, the bearing temperature will increase significantly, and abnormally high temperature will be found. In this case, be sure to stop the operation and take the necessary precautions. The temperature sensor can be used to detect the working temperature of the angular contact ball bearing anytime and anywhere. When the temperature exceeds the standard value, it will automatically alarm or shut down, so as to avoid the occurrence of ignited shaft safety accidents. 1) If there is a large amount of interference with each other, the bearing should be heated in an air heat treatment furnace or kerosene furnace with automatic temperature control, and the heating temperature should be strictly controlled below 100 °C. 2) Bearings equipped with polyester ball bearings can work continuously and stably for a long time at -40℃~120℃. 3) Continuous rotation at a temperature higher than 125°C for a long time will reduce the service life of the bearing. 4) The working time at 150°C does not exceed 4h, and the maximum temperature can reach 180°C in a short period of time.
