Basic rating life and basic load rating of FYH bearing unit

Life of FYH Bearings When a rolling bearing with a house is installed in a mechanical device for operation, even under suitable conditions, the vibration and noise of the bearing with a house may increase, and burns may occur after a certain period of time. Due to such reasons, the time that the rolling bearing with house cannot continue to be used is called the life of the bearing with house. The life of a rolling bearing with a block includes two types that cannot continue to be used due to fatigue of the bearing material (fatigue life) and cannot continue to be used due to deterioration of grease and poor lubrication. It can be obtained as the rated life and grease life of the bearing, respectively. The life of a rolling bearing with a block is determined by the shorter of the bearing rating life and the grease life. However, FYH rolling bearings with a block are oil-supplied, so proper oil supply can extend the grease life to the rated life of the bearing. When a bearing with a house is used without oil supply, its life is the shorter of the rated life of the bearing and the life of the grease. However, when a rolling bearing with a house is installed in a mechanical device, there may be cases where it cannot be used continuously due to reasons other than the rated life of the bearing or the life of the grease (wear, indentation, fracture, burn, etc.). These can be avoided by taking full consideration of the selection of rolling bearings with a block, using mounting lubrication, etc. Basic rated life and basic rated load: When the FYH bearing rotates under load, due to the constant alternating load on the raceway surfaces of the inner and outer rings and the rolling surfaces of the rolling elements, even if the operating conditions are normal, the raceway surface will be damaged due to material fatigue. Or fish-scale damage (called peeling or flaking) on u200bu200bthe rolling surface. The total number of revolutions before this damage occurs is called the (fatigue) life of the bearing. Even if the structure, size, material, processing method, etc. of the bearing are exactly the same and rotate under the same conditions, the (fatigue) life of the bearing will still vary greatly. Therefore, it is stipulated that when a batch of identical bearings are rotated under the same conditions, the total number of revolutions in which 90% of the bearings do not appear rolling fatigue damage is called the basic rating life of the bearing (that is, the life with a reliability of 90%). The basic load rating reflects the bearing's ability to resist rolling fatigue (that is, load capacity), which refers to a pure radial load (for radial bearings) or a central axial load (for thrust bearings) with a certain size and direction. Under the condition that the outer ring is stationary (or the inner ring is stationary while the outer ring is rotating), the basic rated life under this load can reach 1 million revolutions. The above loads are called radial basic dynamic load rating (Cr) or axial basic dynamic load rating (Ca), respectively.
