Sealing analysis of bolted roller bearings: 1. According to different working environments, choose different imported bearings. Imported bearings with additional sealing performance are relatively stable, but the manufacturing cost is relatively high, so the price of imported bearings will be relatively expensive. The damage of vibration to the bolted roller bearing can be said to be proportional to spalling, indentation, corrosion, cracks, wear, etc., which will be reflected in the vibration measurement of the roller bearing. Therefore, by using a special bearing vibration measuring instrument, the magnitude of the vibration can be measured, and the specific situation of the abnormality can be inferred through the frequency distribution. The measured values are different due to the conditions of use of the roller bearing or the installation position of the sensor, so it is necessary to analyze and compare the measured values of each machine in advance to determine the judgment scale. Maintenance of bolted roller bearings: thin oil lubrication: the advantage is that the internal friction coefficient is small, so the friction consumption is less, the thin oil has good fluidity, easy to enter the friction surface of each lubrication point, has a good cooling effect, and can The impurities adhering to the friction surface and the metal particles produced by grinding are carried away. The disadvantage is that the oil film cannot withstand large unit pressures, and the requirements for sealing are high. High-speed presses are generally lubricated with large-flow thin oil, which can take away the heat generated by each friction pair. In general, bolted roller bearing manufacturers can achieve fatigue life by using bolted roller bearings correctly. But in the event of accidental early damage, it can no longer be used. Unlike fatigue life, this early damage is called a failure or accident. Most of them are caused by poor consideration of installation, use, and lubrication, foreign matter intruding from the outside, or insufficient research on shafts and bearing housings. The damage state of the bearing, such as the abrasion of the ring rib of the roller bearing, may be caused by insufficient lubricant, inappropriate grade, defective oil supply and discharge structure, foreign matter intrusion, bearing installation error or excessive deflection of the shaft. It may also be caused by a combination of the above reasons. Therefore, it is difficult to know the cause of the damage only by investigating the bearing damage. However, if you fully understand the machine, working conditions and external structure of the bearing, you can find out the situation before and after the failure, and then analyze the damage of the bearing and a variety of related reasons, you can prevent similar failures from happening again.
