CF Style Standard Needle Roller Bearing
Cam followers needle roller bearing is a bearing that incorporates needle style rollers between a stud and a thick outer ring, which owns easy attachment with either hexagon sockets or screw driver slots. This series needle roller bearing is design for the rotation of the outer ring, with small friction coefficient and excellent rotation performance.
The outer ring of the CF series needle roller bearing adopts a thick shape and realizes resistance to shock loads; the cage possesses excellent rotational properties and suited for places with high rotational speed; the thread processing of the stud makes for easy mounting; and the hexagon hole can be tightened by using a hexagon wrench as baffle.
As radial clearance for the CF bearings are designed to be small to effectively enlarge the loading zone, they mitigate the shock load when the outer ring outside surface guides in direct contact with the mating cam guide surface, and ensure stable and long service life.
