In order to facilitate the installation of the FYH rolling bearing with a seat and the shaft, the inner ring of the bearing and the shaft generally adopt a clearance fit. However, the size of the fitting clearance between the inner ring of the bearing and the shaft is related to the allowable speed of the FYH seated bearing. The higher the rotational speed, the smaller the fitting clearance between the bearing inner ring and the shaft should be. Table 6.2 lists the allowable speed correction coefficients for rolling bearings with a block according to the type of fit between the bearing inner ring and the shaft. The allowable rotational speed of a bearing with a set screw is corrected by multiplying the allowable rotational speed (standard value) by the fit factor according to the tolerance zone of the shaft used. Bearings with fasteners are recommended for shafts with tolerance band h8 or h9, and bearings with eccentric retaining rings are recommended for shafts with tolerance band h5 or j5.
