The double-row cylindrical roller bearing NNU series is one separable type bearing, all the bearing units can be separately and easy to assemble and disassemble.

The double-row cylindrical roller bearing has two optional structures: cylindrical bore and tapered bore(suffix K). The NNU design has an inner ring without ribs and an outer ring with two ribs.

The tapered bore structure can allow the radial clearance to be adjusted when the bearing is installed. The double-row cylindrical roller bearing allows a certain axial displacement between the shaft and bearing housing and can be used as a non-locating bearing.

Most cages for cylindrical roller bearings are pressed steel cages or machined brass cages. According to different working conditions and customers' requirements, cages with other design and structure could be supplied, e.g.glass fiber reinforced polyamide, which can works continuously at the maximum temperature +120℃.

The advantages of the double-row cylindrical roller bearings are high stiffness and high precision, so they are usually used as main shaft bearings of precision machine tools.

NNU type double row cylindrical roller bearings, compact structure, strong rigidity, load capacity, deformation under load is small, mostly used for machine tool spindle bearing.

Application

The double row NNU type cylindrical roller bearings are generally used in large and medium-sized motor, locomotives, spindle, internal combustion engines, generators, gas turbines, reducer, rolling mill, vibrating screen and lifting transportation machinery, etc.
