The bearing adopts graphite spacer block, which not only acts as a cage, but also provides lubricant. The working temperature is -150 ~ 350 ℃. Dust caps on both sides of the bearing can guide the graphite spacer axially and prevent the intrusion of contaminants. Another advantage of this bearing is that it is environmentally friendly and does not emit harmful gases even at extremely high temperatures. (4) Used in the high temperature bearing 6000F 2 - 2Z / C9S2YA8 which needs to be axially positioned. The radial clearance of high temperature deep groove ball bearings is non-standard and only suitable for bearings that are not mounted and have no measured load. 3 Alignment error Since the radial clearance of the high temperature bearing is large, the shaft and the shell are allowed to have a large alignment error and angle error. The inner and outer rings of the high temperature deep groove ball bearing are allowed to have an angle error of 20′~30′, but it is only suitable for the case of low speed. At high speed, due to the adverse effect of the alignment error on the rolling of the bearing, a large error is not allowed. 4 Speed ​​High temperature deep groove ball bearings are suitable for low speed (below 10r/min) working conditions. However, the practical experience has proved that the bearing can run for a long time at a speed of 20r/min without maintenance. If it needs to be used in higher speed conditions, the design of the cage needs to be improved. 5 Design of related parts For high temperature resistant deep groove ball bearings with spacers, since the dust cover guides the graphite cage in the bearing in the axial direction, the dust cover can be supported by related parts to prevent it from falling off. . For example, make the diameter of the boss or the positioning cylinder of the bearing seat smaller than the diameter D2 of the outer ring seal groove, and also add a gasket of suitable size between the boss or the positioning cylinder and the bearing. 6 Selection of bearing size and specification When the bearing is at high temperature, the load carrying capacity is reduced. Using the temperature coefficient, the basic static load rating of the bearing at different temperatures can be adjusted. 7 Maintenance of high temperature resistant bearings The closed high temperature resistant ball bearings have been filled with lubricant and can be lubricated for life.Maintenance free. However, when using open high temperature deep groove ball bearings, inspection should be carried out half a year after operation.
