1) Install the labyrinth ring (waterproof sleeve), the cooperation between the labyrinth ring and the roll neck is generally a tight dynamic fit, and a copper rod needs to be gently tapped in during installation. The two sides of the labyrinth ring must be parallel and fit tightly against the shoulder of the shaft and the inner ring of the bearing. (2) Install the inner ring. The fit between the inner ring of the four-row cylindrical bearing and the roll neck is an interference fit, and the inner ring should be heated to 90-100°C before installation. Do not exceed 120°C to prevent incomplete retraction of the inner ring after cooling. The heating method can be heated by oil tank or induction heating. It is forbidden to heat with open flame. The rollers of the full complement cylindrical roller bearing are in line contact with the raceway and have a large radial load capacity. The addition of the shaft and the housing requires high precision. When the center line of the installed shaft and the center line of the outer ring are inclined, the contact between the roller and the raceway surface will deteriorate, affecting the life of the bearing and reducing the bearing capacity. Generally, it is allowed to The inclination angle is 1.5°-3°. The rollers are guided by the ribs on both sides of the inner/outer ring, and are also suitable for high-speed rotation.
