A full complement cylindrical roller bearing is usually guided by two ribs of a bearing ring, a cage, a roller and a guide ring form a combination, which is usually a separable bearing. This kind of bearing is relatively convenient to install and disassemble, especially when the inner and outer rings are required to have an interference fit with the shaft and the housing. Such bearings are generally only used to withstand radial loads, and only single-row bearings with ribs on both the inner and outer rings can withstand smaller axial loads or larger intermittent axial loads. Compared with deep groove ball bearings with similar dimensions, this type of bearing has a larger radial load capacity, and is also suitable for high-speed rotation from a structural point of view. The main dimensions of cylindrical roller bearings are the same as those of the ordinary type, but the diameter, length and number of rollers have increased, so the bearing capacity has also increased accordingly. Cylindrical roller bearings, within certain limitations, allow bidirectional axial displacement of the shaft relative to the bearing housing, that is, can withstand the length change of the shaft caused by thermal expansion, so it is suitable as a non-locating bearing. It can withstand large radial loads, but cannot withstand axial loads. Full complement cylindrical roller bearings are designed to withstand heavy loads. Under the same width, this kind of bearing has extremely high bearing capacity compared with the traditional bearing with cage, and the radial section is small, which can save space, but the speed is relatively low. In order for the bearing to work normally, in the continuous operation environment, the bearing must be subjected to a certain minimum load, that is, C/P<25. Otherwise, the wear will be aggravated due to insufficient lubrication and high-speed operation. All multi-row cylindrical roller bearings have a lubrication groove and lubrication holes on the outer ring. Full Complement Cylindrical Roller Bearing Type 1. It has two inner rings. The two inner rings are held together by the clamping ring and cannot be separated. The outer ring has its intermediate rib, which can withstand axial loads in both directions and acts as a locating bearing. Due to the large distance between the two rows of rollers, they can also experience overturning moments. There are two retaining grooves on the outer ring surface for axial positioning. These bearings are equipped with contact seals on both sides and are based on lithium grease, and the operating temperature is limited to -40°C to +80°C. Under the necessary premise, this type of bearing does not need maintenance, but when there is water vapor or contamination during operation, and it is often operated at medium or high speed, it must be supplemented with lubrication. In places where oil lubrication is used, the sealing ring needs to be removed, and the grease in the bearing should be flushed. Full complement cylindrical roller bearings are used for extremely heavy loads and low speeds. They have self-locking roller sets. Even if the inner ring is removed, the rollers will not be scattered. Therefore, this type of bearing is easy to install and remove, and can withstand one-way axial load, for one-way positioning. And the usual original radial clearance CO can also require bearings with C2 to C4 original radial clearance. However, the corresponding suffix should be added after the bearing code when ordering. Bearings are allowed to suffer certain axial loads. Adequate lubrication is a prerequisite for bearing axial loads. For installation and disassembly, special attention must be paid when installing or disassembling cylindrical roller bearings. The installation or disassembly force cannot simply be transmitted through the cylindrical roller and the rib of the ring. The size and geometric deviation of full complement cylindrical roller bearings should conform to GB/T307.1-94 (ISO492- 1994) P0 grade, and the normal original radial clearance CO can also be required to have C2 to C4 original Bearings with radial clearance. However, the corresponding suffix should be added after the bearing code when ordering. Rubber and plastic screw extruders generally use C3 group clearance. The joint operator can refer to the selection principle of the bearing seat operator and the limit selection principle of the shaft operator. Bearings are allowed to suffer certain axial loads. Adequate lubrication is a prerequisite for bearing axial loads. The rib of the one-way locating bearing and the locating bearing that is subjected to the axial load must be fully supported. Installation and disassembly, special attention must be paid when installing or disassembling cylindrical roller bearings.
