Under the same width, this kind of bearing has extremely high bearing capacity compared with the traditional bearing with cage, and the radial section is small, which can save space, but the speed is relatively low. All multi-row cylindrical roller bearings have a lubrication groove and lubrication holes in the outer ring. Full complement roller bearings are divided into single row, double row and multi row full complement cylindrical roller bearings according to the number of roller rows and whether they are self-aligning, roughly bidirectional positioning spherical roller bearings and bidirectional positioning non-aligning full complement roller bearings. The reason for this is that we want to better serve customers and provide customers with bearings that are more suitable for the working conditions of the main engine to ensure high performance and long life of the main engine. Full complement cylindrical roller bearings are designed to withstand heavy loads. Under the same width, this kind of bearing can accommodate the most rollers compared with the bearing with cage, and has extremely high bearing capacity; but its allowable speed is much lower than that of the cylindrical roller bearing with a cage. Full complement cylindrical roller bearings are available in 4 layouts, 3 open layouts and 1 sealed layout. All products are of short and long separation type, and the outer ring has lubricating grooves and lubricating holes for easy lubrication. 1. NNCL type: NNCL type bearing has 3 ribs on the inner ring and no ribs on the outer ring. There is a fixed ring in the middle of the outer ring between the two sets of rollers, which can prevent the rollers from running out and keep the bearing as one. NNCL type bearings can tolerate certain axial displacement due to thermal expansion or between the shaft and the bearing housing. This displacement occurs inside the bearing, not the inner ring and the shaft or the outer ring and the housing. Therefore, during the rolling process of the bearing, the conflict does not increase. Bearings of this type are suitable for use as floating end bearings. The outer ring of the bearing has no rib, so the product of this layout can only bear radial load, not axial load. 2. NNCF type: NNCF type bearing has 3 ribs on the inner ring and one rib on the outer ring. Axial positioning in one direction is possible. The outer ring is fitted with a snap ring at the other end, keeping the bearing in one piece. The snap ring is to prevent the bearing from being scattered during the handling process, and cannot be subjected to axial load. This type of bearing can withstand high radial loads and unidirectional axial loads, so that axial positioning of the shaft in one direction can be achieved. In the other direction, it is used as a floating bearing. 3. NNC type: The inner ring of the NNC type bearing is similar to the inner ring of NNCL and NNCF, and has 3 ribs. The outer ring of the bearing is split and fixed by a few parts, so it cannot bear the axial load in the direction of the medicine. The 2 split outer rings each have a rib for axial positioning in both directions. Bearings can withstand high radial forces and bidirectional axial forces. 4. NNF type: also called Solon bearing (double row cylindrical roller bearing with stop groove in outer ring). NNF type has NNF50 and 3194 size series, the bearing has seals on both sides and has been filled with grease. The inner ring is split with 3 ribs, fixed by a snap ring, and the outer ring has a middle rib, which can be used for axial positioning in two directions. Because of the very large distance between the two rows of rollers, the bearing can experience overturning moments. The outer ring of the NNF type bearing is 1 mm narrower than the inner ring, and there are 2 retaining grooves on the outer circle of the outer ring. It is thus possible to dispense with the spacer ring between the inner ring and the adjacent components, as used on the Soren. These bearings are very rigid and can withstand very high radial forces and moderate bidirectional axial forces. Full complement cylindrical roller bearings are equipped with contact seals made of polyurethane (AU) on both sides, which can provide a good sealing effect. The bearing is filled with lithium-based grease and can be used between -40 and +80°C. This kind of sealed bearing, under the necessary premise, does not need protection. However, in the case of wet or serious contamination, or when running at medium to high speed, the bearing must be supplemented with lubrication on time, and the lubrication holes on the inner ring or the outer ring can be used for lubrication. The sealing ring can also be removed from the bearing, and the bearing can be used as an open bearing.
