NNCL type: NNCL type bearing has 3 ribs on the inner ring and no ribs on the outer ring. There is a fixed ring in the middle of the outer ring between the two sets of rollers, which can prevent the rollers from running out and keep the bearing as one. NNCL type bearings can tolerate certain axial displacement due to thermal expansion or between the shaft and the bearing housing. In the other direction, it is used as a floating bearing. 3. NNC type: The inner ring of the NNC type bearing is similar to the inner ring of NNCL and NNCF, and has 3 ribs. The outer ring of the bearing is split and fixed by a few parts, so it cannot bear the axial load in the direction of the medicine. The 2 split outer rings each have a rib for axial positioning in both directions. Bearings can withstand high radial forces and bidirectional axial forces. 4. NNF type: also called Solon bearing (double row cylindrical roller bearing with stop groove in outer ring). NNF type has NNF50 and 3194 size series, the bearing has seals on both sides and has been filled with grease. The inner ring is split with 3 ribs, fixed by a snap ring, and the outer ring has a middle rib, which can be used for axial positioning in two directions. Because of the very large distance between the two rows of rollers, the bearing can experience overturning moments. The outer ring of the NNF type bearing is 1 mm narrower than the inner ring, and there are 2 retaining grooves on the outer circle of the outer ring. It is thus possible to dispense with the spacer ring between the inner ring and the adjacent components, as used on the Soren. These bearings are very rigid and can withstand very high radial forces and moderate bidirectional axial forces. Full complement cylindrical roller bearings are equipped with contact seals made of polyurethane (AU) on both sides, which can provide a good sealing effect. The bearing is filled with lithium-based grease and can be used between -40 and +80°C. This kind of sealed bearing, under the necessary premise, does not need protection. However, in the case of wet or serious contamination, or when running at medium to high speed, the bearing must be supplemented with lubrication on time, and the lubrication holes on the inner ring or the outer ring can be used for lubrication.
