Heating method installation and disassembly of rolling bearings

Rolling bearing heating method installation and disassembly, contact heating characteristic electric heating plate and heating ring are suitable for heating rolling bearing model query and other parts with cylindrical holes to be installed on tight-fitting shafts or bearing seats. In most cases, the reasonable heating temperature for bearings is from +80 °C to +100 °C. During the heating process, attention must be paid to the maximum heating temperature. In order to keep the structure of the bearing unchanged, the heating temperature of the bearing generally cannot exceed +120 °C. The temperature of all heating equipment is controllable. Please wear protective gloves when installing and removing the heating part. Electric heating plate Electric heating plate, please refer to the table, is to use contact heating method to heat rolling bearings or small mechanical parts. The electric heating plate is easy to operate and maintenance-free. Electric heating plate HEATER-PLATE-370C is mainly suitable for heating heating ring HEATINGRING. The electric heating plate HEATER-PLATE is also suitable for heating components of 115 V/60 Hz (suffix 115V). Heating ring Heating ring HEATING-RING is used to disassemble the inner ring of cylindrical roller bearing or needle roller bearing with one rib and without rib. It is especially suitable for the disassembly of small and medium size bearing rings (inner diameter 50 mm to 200 mm). The heating ring is made of lightweight aluminum alloy. And with a heat-insulating handle, it is easy to handle by hand. Use an electric heating plate to heat the heating ring to between +200 °C and +300 °C. Each type of heating ring is only suitable for one size of bearing. Customers need to provide the following information when making an inquiry: Bearing model or ring size, drawings including installation information and installation location, and the approximate number of parts that need to be disassembled per day. The following accessories are recommended: Electric heating plate HEATER-PLATE-370C Thermometer TEMP-CHECK-PLUS or TEMP-CHECK-PRO gloves GLOVE-PRO-CUT Thermal conductive paste HEATING-RING.PASTE-20ML. Order example is used to disassemble the inner ring of cylindrical roller bearings such as NU320-E or NJ320E or similar parts. 20 ml of thermal conductive paste in syringe. Method of disassembly. Thermal conductive paste HEATING-RING.PASTE, a silicone-free thermal conductive paste, plays an auxiliary role when using a heating ring to disassemble the inner ring of a bearing. Before disassembling the inner ring of the bearing, apply this thermal paste to the outer surface of the inner ring of the cylindrical roller bearing. This speeds up the heat transfer between the heating ring and the inner ring of the bearing. Order example The order code of 20 ml thermal paste in a syringe is HEATING-RING.PASTE-20ML. Characteristics The induction heating equipment HEATER using power frequency technology is suitable for heating rolling bearings and other parts with cylindrical holes to be installed on tight-fit shafts or bearing seats. Induction heating equipment HEATER The induction heating equipment HEATER is suitable for bearings with a mass of up to 1200 kg. Compared with previous products, both heating performance and safety have been greatly improved. They can also be used to heat sealed and lubricated rolling bearings. In addition to tabletop equipment HEATER10 to HEATER300, independent equipment HEATER600 and HEATER1200 are also provided for larger rolling bearings. The HEATER300 can also be converted into a mobile unit with the help of accessories. The delivery content of the induction heater HEATER includes the basic installation of the initial application, Figure 1. Advantages of heaters The advantages of induction heaters are as follows: Very safe and reliable operation (tested and certified by the German testing and certification agency TÜV) Effective and energy-efficient heating (high-efficiency level) Uniform heating, heating temperature and time controllable automatic demagnetization The operation is convenient, and the corresponding heater can be selected according to the bearing model to further improve the work efficiency. The heater has multiple functions, please refer to the table. The functional heater is mainly composed of a toroidal core and a coil (primary coil). After the coil is energized, a high low-voltage induced current will be formed in the short-circuited secondary coil (that is, the bearing or other metal parts), as shown in Figure 2. Therefore, the rolling bearing is heated rapidly. The non-metal parts and the heater itself do not generate heat. Heating Manager Software Heating Manager is an easy-to-use software for selecting the ideal heater for rolling bearings. After selecting the rolling bearing to be heated, the bearing type, size, quality and suitable heater will be displayed, as shown in Figure 3.
