HFL series needle roller bearing is a compact and roller type one-way clutch bearing which formed a cam face on its outer ring. HFL series one way needle roller clutch and bearing assemblies utilize the same low profile sectional height as drawn cup needle roller bearings. The units are compact, lightweight and operate directly on a hardened shaft.

HFL series has two integral radial bearings arranged on both sides of needle roller clutch, and they can therefore support radial forces in particularly space-saving bearing arrangements.

One-way clutch HFL has an outer ring drawn from thin steel plate by precision drawing, a clutching function, and an integral needle roller and cage assembly capable of supporting radial load at its both ends respectively. Thus, this HFL can function as clutch and, in addition, support radial load.

HFL needle roller bearings use a polyamide resin cage and press the needle rollers to a wedge, which is formed between the outer ring cam face and the shaft, by action of a plate spring supported with the cage.

Application

The HFL series needle roller bearings can be used in transmission parts, stamping dies, forklift industry, marine instruments, pressure regulating valves, transmission shafts, planers, pneumatic valves, hydraulic hoses, ignition coils, experimental instruments, medium and large motors, etc.
