Metal material products are very easy to rust after air oxidation, and stainless steel plate bearings cannot be excluded. There are many reasons for it to rust: such as the composition and structure of the metal composite material itself; surface smoothness (corrosion of rechargeable batteries due to oxygen absorption concentration difference); the composition and pH value of the aqueous solution in contact with the surface of the metal material; and other There are many factors such as the natural environment in which it is located, which are all immediate factors that cause the bearing to rust. When the bearing manufacturer uses GCr15 bearing steel material, will it rust in natural storage? Yes, and it will rust very much like ordinary stainless steel plates. The Cr content of this stainless steel plate is too small. The Cr content of GCr15 is only about 1.5%. If the Cr content can be close to the junction line of 13% Under the circumstance of rust prevention, the actual effect of rust prevention is better. For example, stainless steel plates of Cr12 (including Cr12% and up) are basically not rusted. Can bearing steel be rust-proof? Although bearing steel has a relatively high Cr content and has a certain practical effect of rust prevention, the Cr content of the stainless steel plate is small, and the Cr content of GCr15 is only about 1.5%.
