If the method of groove grinding is adopted, the reject rate and noise will be greatly increased. The size and position error of the bearing installation surface will cause the corresponding deformation of the bearing roller, tilt the inner and outer rings of the bearing, make the stiffness of the bearing inconsistent in all directions, and reduce the rotation accuracy of the spindle system. The end faces of nuts, partition sleeves and washers for adjusting the gap need to be ground, and the verticality of the shaft rotation axis should correspond to the accuracy of the installed bearings, otherwise the working accuracy of the bearings will be reduced.
