4. Selection of bearing seal type: The lubrication of bearings can be divided into oil lubrication and grease lubrication. Oil-lubricated bearings generally use formal bearings, and grease-lubricated bearings are generally sealed with dust caps or rubber seals. The dust cover is suitable for high temperature or good use environment. The seals are divided into two types: contact seal and non-contact seal. If the bearing is pressed into the shaft and rotated by hand, there is a clear rustling feeling, it may be that the tolerance of the shaft is too large or the roundness of the shaft is not good. Therefore, when controlling the tolerance of the shaft and the bearing chamber, it is necessary to control the roundness. At present, many domestic manufacturers only control the tolerance and do not control the roundness.

2. Bearing assembly method: Because the bearing is a high-precision product, improper assembly can easily cause damage to the bearing channel, resulting in bearing damage. The bearing should have a special mold when assembling, and it cannot be beaten at will. When pressing into the shaft, only a small circle can be stressed, and when a large circle is pressed, only a large circle can be stressed. When assembling, it is required to use air pressure or hydraulic pressure. When pressing, the upper and lower molds should be outside the horizontal state. If it is inclined, the bearing channel will be damaged due to force, which will cause the bearing to generate noise.

3. Prevention of foreign objects in assembly: When the bearing is installed on the rotor for dynamic balancing, it is easy for the iron filings generated during dynamic balancing to enter the inside of the bearing, so it is best to do dynamic balancing before installing the bearing. For the convenience of assembly, some manufacturers apply some oil or grease to the bearing chamber for lubricating effect during assembly, but it is often difficult for operators to control the amount.
