However, business personnel often encounter some customers whose efficiency is not high even if they use the best bearings or imported bearings, which is related to the use and selection of bearings. 2. Selection of bearing clearance: When purchasing a bearing, users generally only tell what type and grade they are in, and rarely put forward requirements for bearing clearance. Business personnel must ask about the conditions of use of the bearing. , Among them, the bearing speed, temperature and matching tolerance are directly related to the selection of bearing clearance. Generally, motors with a speed below 3500 rpm mostly use CM clearance, such as high-temperature high-speed motors, which require relatively large clearance. After assembly, the bearing clearance will be reduced due to the expansion of the inner hole and the reduction of the outer circle. 4. Selection of bearing seal type: The lubrication of bearings can be divided into oil lubrication and grease lubrication. Oil-lubricated bearings generally use formal bearings, and grease-lubricated bearings are generally sealed with dust caps or rubber seals. The dust cover is suitable for high temperature or good use environment. The seals are divided into two types: contact seal and non-contact seal. 1. Selection and control of the tolerance of the shaft and the bearing chamber: After the bearing is pressed into the bearing, it should rotate flexibly without any sense of blockage. If the bearing is pressed into the shaft and rotated by hand, there is a clear rustling feeling, it may be that the tolerance of the shaft is too large or the roundness of the shaft is not good. Therefore, when controlling the tolerance of the shaft and the bearing chamber, it is necessary to control the roundness. At present, many domestic manufacturers only control the tolerance and do not control the roundness.
2. Bearing assembly method: Because the bearing is a high-precision product, improper assembly can easily cause damage to the bearing channel, resulting in bearing damage. The bearing should have a special mold when assembling, and it cannot be beaten at will. When pressing into the shaft, only a small circle can be stressed, and when a large circle is pressed, only a large circle can be stressed. When assembling, it is required to use air pressure or hydraulic pressure. When pressing, the upper and lower molds should be outside the horizontal state. If it is inclined, the bearing channel will be damaged due to force, which will cause the bearing to generate noise.
3. Prevention of foreign objects in assembly: When the bearing is installed on the rotor for dynamic balancing, it is easy for the iron filings generated during dynamic balancing to enter the inside of the bearing, so it is best to do dynamic balancing before installing the bearing. For the convenience of assembly, some manufacturers apply some oil or grease to the bearing chamber for lubricating effect during assembly, but it is often difficult for operators to control the amount. 4. Prevention of paint rust: The characteristic of paint rust is that it occurs frequently in sealed motors.
