How to Install a Full Complement Needle Roller Bearing

The installation of full complement needle roller bearings is usually carried out with an auxiliary sleeve. At this time, the auxiliary roller or the auxiliary sleeve supports the needle roller to prevent the needle roller from falling out, and the journal lifts the needle roller with its own chamfer. As the needle roller bearing slowly moves inward on the journal, the auxiliary roller Or the auxiliary sleeve is slowly withdrawn until it is installed in the working position. The outer diameter of the auxiliary roller and auxiliary sleeve should be 0.1-0.3mm smaller than the shaft diameter. When installing, first coat the inner surface of the outer ring of the bearing with grease, and place the needle roller against the inner surface (a gap should be left when placing a needle roller), and then place the auxiliary roller or roller that replaces the journal or the inner ring of the bearing. Push the auxiliary sleeve into the hole of the outer ring, and align its end face with the end face of the installation shaft or the end face of the inner ring of the bearing that has been installed on the shaft, and then tap it with a press or a hand hammer to apply pressure. Needle roller bearings can also be installed in this way, that is, apply a thin layer of lubricating oil to the outer diameter of the auxiliary sleeve, and set it into the outer ring of the bearing, so that the auxiliary sleeve and the outer ring of the bearing form an annular hole, and then install the needle roller in the annular hole. After the needle roller is installed, the auxiliary sleeve can be pushed out with the working shaft. For needle roller bearings without inner ring or outer ring, when installing, first apply a thin layer of grease to the rolling surface of the shaft or housing hole, and put the needle rollers against the grease on the installation site in turn. There should be a gap when placing a needle, and the size of the gap should be 0.5mm on the circumference of the needle bearing. A needle can not be squeezed into it, or one less needle can be installed, because when the bearing is squeezed hard, the bearing will be stuck and cannot be rotated; and broken. For needle roller bearings with only stamped outer ring, because the outer ring wall is very thin, non-needle roller bearings should be installed by hammering with a hand hammer, and should be pressed in by a press. Because the pressure is uneven when the hand hammer hits, it is easy to cause local deformation of the outer ring of the needle roller bearing. The existing bolt-type roller needle roller bearing has the following shortcomings: 1. It cannot bear the axial force; 2. When the screw bears the axial force, the annular end face of the right end of the shoulder of the roller shaft and the annular hole of the left concave hole at the left end of the roller The bottom surfaces are pressed together, dry friction occurs when the screw rotates, the friction force is large, and the rotation sensitivity of the screw is low, which affects the use effect. After a period of use, the annular end face of the right end of the shoulder of the roller shaft and the annular hole of the left concave hole at the left end of the roller The bottom surface is easy to wear, which affects the service life; 3. There is no anti-loosening device on the screw to prevent the loosening of the connecting nut, which has potential safety hazards. Design and manufacture a new type of bolt-type roller needle roller bearing. The bolt-type roller needle roller bearing consists of a roller, a needle roller, a retaining ring, a roller shaft and a grease nozzle. The hole wall of the center hole of the roller is integrated with the left end of the roller shaft. There are precisely assembled and evenly distributed needle rollers between the outer diameter surfaces of the needle roller and the journal of the structure, the left end of the needle roller matching the journal is provided with a shoulder, and the right part of the shoulder is arranged on the left end of the roller. In the left concave hole, the annular end surface of the right end of the shaft shoulder is assembled with the bottom surface of the annular hole of the left concave hole, and the left end of the central axis of the needle roller matching journal is provided with a hexagonal concave hole suitable for the insertion of a hexagonal wrench. The right end of the hexagonal concave hole is provided with an oil nozzle, the right end of the oil nozzle is provided with a refueling hole A, the radial direction of the oil filling hole A is provided with a refueling hole B that communicates with the center hole, and the needle roller is matched with the right end of the journal.
