How to properly clean bolted roller bearings?

1) When the support roller bearing leaves the factory, the raceway has been filled with grease, and the surface has been coated with anti-rust oil. According to the needs of customers, the packaging of the reverse bearing can be single package or whole package. (2) If the support roller bearing is not installed and applied, it should be oiled and maintained every 6 months to prevent erosion; in the southern area, it should be oiled and maintained every 3 months. Supporting roller bearing raceway requirements ensures annual lubrication protection. During maintenance, the support roller bearing should be rotated to check whether the operation is safe. After all protection, the original condition supporting the roller bearings should be restored and wrapped in film. (3) The support roller bearing should be stored in a dry, flat, non-aggressive medium room, and should not be soaked or immersed in water. (4) The support roller bearing should be placed stably, avoiding vertical or skewed placement. When laying flat (except for all steering components), at least 3-5 buffer blocks should be evenly distributed on the circumferential deflection between each reverse support of the bolt roller bearing, and the high and low blocks should be consistent in the circumferential position. Support roller bearings that have been in use for many years (especially where it rains) should be inspected. For relevant inspection items, please contact the quality control department or the service department of our company. If the roller bearing is used forever, it will come into contact with dust, oil or water in the air, causing the roller bearing to dry and rust and affect the operation. At this time, the cleanliness of the roller bearing is very stressful. 1. How to clean the roller bearing When the lower roller bearing is damaged and repaired, start recording the surface of the roller bearing, confirm the residual amount of lubricating oil, and then clean the roller bearing after sampling and checking the lubricating oil. The cleaning agent selected, generally speaking, the anti-rust oil sealed on the roller bearing can be cleaned with a solvent cleaning agent. If there is thick anti-rust oil on the roller bearing, start to use solvent-based oil cleaning agent for metal parts, heat it properly, dissolve and clean, and remove the anti-rust oil on the surface after it dissolves, and then wipe it clean. When cleaning, hold the inner ring of the roller bearing with one hand, and gradually rotate the outer ring with the other hand, and rinse the oil on the rotating body, raceway, and cage of the roller bearing straightly, and then clean the surface of the outer ring of the bolt roller bearing manufacturer. . Slowly twist and shake back and forth when starting to cleanse. Do not twist too hard, otherwise the raceway and rotating body of the roller bearing will be easily adhered by dust. When the roller bearing is cleaned many times, it can be divided into two steps: rough cleaning and fine cleaning. During rough cleaning, if the roller bearing rotates with dirt, it will damage the rotating surface of the roller bearing, so be careful. In coarse clean oil, a brush should be used to remove grease and adhesion. After roughly clean, turn to fine clean. Fine cleaning is the careful cleaning of roller bearings when twisted in clean oil. For the roller bearings that are inconvenient to be damaged, use a cleaning agent for parts to melt the old oil, and then use an iron hook or iron spoon to rinse the residual oil in the roller bearing. Be careful not to open fire when cleaning. 2. How to confirm that the roller bearing is clean After the roller bearing is cleaned, carefully investigate the inner ring and outer ring raceway, the rotor and the cage gap, and there is always a little residual oil in the gap. During inspection, use a clean feeler gauge to scrape off the excess oil, smear it on the thumb, and use the index finger to gradually back and forth. If there is a rustling sound between the fingers, it means that the roller bearing is not clean and should be cleaned again. Hold the roller bearing by hand, hold the inner ring, move the outer ring to twist it horizontally (large roller bearings can be placed on the installation platform, the inner ring is padded, the outer ring is suspended, the inner ring is pressed, and the outer ring is twisted). The rotation is naive, no sticking, no jumping is a pass. After the cleaned roller bearing is lubricated, it should be placed on the installation platform, with a clean cloth or paper pad under it, and covered with a plastic cloth for installation. Not allowed to be placed on the ground or boxes. When moving the roller bearing, do not simply hold it by hand. Before removing the roller bearing, wrap the roller bearing with canvas gloves or a clean cloth, otherwise fingerprint rust may appear on the surface of the roller bearing. For roller bearings with dust caps or seals on both sides and roller bearings coated with anti-rust and grease, the grease has been injected during the manufacturing process, so do not wash before placement. 3. Pay attention to the use of roller bearings. Roller bearings are precision parts, so be careful when using them. No matter how high-performance roller bearings are used, the expected high performance will not be obtained if they are not used properly. The precautions for using roller bearings are as follows: ① Keep the roller bearing and its surrounding environment clean Even if the small dust invisible to the naked eye enters the roller bearing, it will increase the wear, vibration and noise of the roller bearing. The roller bearing and its surrounding accessories should be kept clean, especially dust, dirt, objects and the environment. ②The attention during the application and installation process does not allow forcible punching, simply tap the roller bearing with a hammer, and transmit the pressure through the rotating body. ③Apply suitable and accurate placement objects Although special objects should be used, although cloth and short fibers should be avoided. ④ Prevention of roller bearing erosion When holding the roller bearing simply by hand,Hands should be thoroughly washed with perspiration and smeared with premium* mineral oil before manipulation. In the rainy season and summer, special attention should be paid to rust prevention. However, under a few extra operating conditions, roller bearings can achieve longer life than conventional ones, especially under light load conditions. These exceptional operating conditions are surface damage that can occur when the rolling surface is effectively encumbered and limited by a lubricating oil film. In fact, under ideal conditions, so-called permanent roller bearing life is possible.
