When replacing the damaged rolling bearing, it can be disassembled with a screw-type pulling and unloading tool, or the inner sleeve or outer sleeve of the bearing can be pressed out by a press. For the pulling out or pressing out of the bearing, pay attention to the point of force acting on the inner sleeve of the bearing evenly, and the direction of the force should be parallel to the axial center; the bearing sleeve is not allowed to move out of the drive shaft in an inclined manner to avoid pulling the bearing sleeve Damage the working surface of the drive shaft.

The installation method of rolling bearing is determined according to the size of the interference between the bearing and the matching shaft. When the maximum size of the interference is small, it can be assembled by hammer knocking. When hitting with a hand hammer, pay attention that the focus point should be alternately hit, and the force should be uniform; when matching the bearing with the shaft, hit the inner sleeve; when matching the shaft sleeve with the bearing seat, hit the outer sleeve. If the assembly interference between the bearing sleeve and the mating shaft is large, the bearing can be assembled by sleeve. Then, according to the size of the interference, it is hit with a hand hammer or assembled with a press. Large bearings or bearings with larger interference size can also be assembled by oil bath heating method. Hang the bearing in 80-100 ℃ oil, heat it at a constant temperature for a period of time, take it out, and immediately assemble it on the shaft. When assembling the rolling bearing, no matter what kind of installation and matching form is used, attention should be paid to the amount of axial movement during operation. This amount of turbulence takes into account the thermal expansion caused by the temperature rise when the bearing is working. If the bearing is installed without leaving the amount of axial turbulence, the expansion force acts on the bearing, which will increase the working load of the bearing and accelerate the wear of the bearing. . The assembly of the bearing in Fig. 2-55 is to control the bidirectional movement of the bearing on the right in the direction shown in the figure, while there is a gap between the bearing on the left and the gland. The bearing assembly in Figure 2-56 is that the left side of the bearing outer sleeve is fixed, the right side has a certain moving gap, and there is no fixed limit on both sides of the inner sleeve.
