Hydraulic mounting and dismounting of high-precision bearings

by:JNSN     2022-03-20
Hydraulic mounting and dismounting hydraulic tools for high-precision INA bearings can provide great pressure. Therefore, it is very suitable for the installation and removal of large bearings or parts with tapered holes. Hydraulic nuts are used for bearing mounting. Pressure can be generated by a lubricator, hand pump or hydraulic unit. Manual pumps with pressure gauges are available as single-stage pumps or double-stage pumps. The single-stage pump hand pump PUMP1000-0,7L has a storage tank capacity of 0.7 l, Figure 10. The maximum oil pressure is 1000 bar, see table. A digital pressure gauge is available as an accessory. Dual stage pumps Dual stage pumps with high pumping rates at pressures up to 50 bar automatically switch to high pressure stage, see Figure 11 and table. This can achieve high work efficiency. When larger oil volumes are required, 8-l storage capacity dual stage pumps (suffix 8L) are available. For cases where separate oil supply is required when installing bearings with adapter sleeves or withdrawal sleeves, we offer dual-circuit hydraulic pumps (suffix D). Hydraulics with an oil pressure of 1000 bar include a quick connector and a digital pressure gauge is available as an option. Hydraulic Nuts Hydraulic Nuts HYDNUT are used to press fit components with tapered bores onto tapered shafts, Figure 12 and table. It is mainly used in occasions where the mechanical installation force is insufficient, such as locking nuts and thrust bolts. The use of hydraulic nuts can complete the operation accurately, safely and conveniently. The main applications are as follows: ■ Mounting and dismounting of tapered bore rolling bearings. Bearings can be mounted directly on tapered shafts, or on adapter and withdrawal sleeves. Hydraulic nuts can also be used to remove adapter sleeves or withdrawal sleeves ■ Install and remove components such as couplings, gears and ship thrusters.
