Disassembly 1. First loosen the locking screw on the bearing eccentric sleeve with an Allen wrench, then insert a small iron rod into the countersunk hole on the top cover eccentric sleeve, and loosen the eccentric sleeve against the rotation direction of the shaft. 2. Loosen the bolts securing the bearing housing. Remove the bearing from the shaft with the bearing housing. Note that before removing the bearing housing at one end of the shaft. The bearing seat bolt on the other end of the shaft should be loosened to avoid damage to the bearings at both ends. Second, the installation 1. Then insert the small iron rod into or against the countersunk hole on the eccentric sleeve. Hit the small iron rod with a hammer in the direction of rotation of the shaft.
