1. Installation of NSK bearings: The installation of NSK bearings must be carried out in a dry and clean environment. Before installation, the machining quality of the mating surfaces of the shaft and the housing, the end faces of the shoulders, the grooves and the connecting surfaces should be carefully checked. All mating surfaces must be carefully cleaned and deburred, and unmachined surfaces of castings must be free of sand. NSK bearings should be cleaned with gasoline or kerosene before installation, and used after drying, and ensure good lubrication. NSK bearings are generally lubricated with grease, but also can be lubricated with oil. When using grease lubrication, the grease with excellent performance such as no impurities, anti-oxidation, anti-rust and extreme pressure should be used. The filling amount of grease is 30%-60% of the volume of NSK bearing and NSK bearing box, and it should not be too much. The double-row tapered roller NSK bearing with sealed structure and the NSK bearing of the water pump shaft have been filled with grease, which can be directly used by the user and cannot be cleaned again. When installing the NSK bearing, it is necessary to apply equal pressure on the circumference of the end face of the ferrule to press the ferrule in, and do not directly hit the end face of the NSK bearing with a tool such as a hammer to avoid damage to the NSK bearing. In the case of a small amount of interference, the end face of the NSK bearing ring can be pressed with a sleeve at room temperature, and the sleeve can be tapped with a hammer head to press the ring evenly through the sleeve. If installed in large quantities, hydraulic presses can be used. When pressing in, it should be ensured that the end face of the outer ring and the end face of the shoulder of the shell, and the end face of the inner ring and the end face of the shaft shoulder are pressed tightly, and no gap is allowed. When the amount of interference is large, oil bath heating or inductor heating NSK bearings can be used for installation. The heating temperature range is 80°C-100°C, and the maximum cannot exceed 120°C. At the same time, tighten the NSK bearing with nuts or other appropriate methods to prevent the NSK bearing from shrinking in the width direction after cooling and causing a gap between the ring and the shaft shoulder. The clearance adjustment should be carried out at the end of the installation of the single row tapered roller NSK bearing. The clearance value should be determined according to different operating conditions and the size of the interference. When necessary, tests should be carried out to determine. The double row tapered roller NSK bearing and the water pump shaft with NSK bearing have been adjusted for clearance at the factory, and do not need to be adjusted during installation. After the NSK bearing is installed, a rotation test should be carried out. First, it should be used for the rotating shaft or NSK bearing box. If there is no abnormality, it will run with power without load and at low speed, and then gradually increase the rotation speed and load according to the operating conditions, and detect noise, vibration and If the temperature rises and an abnormality is found, the operation should be stopped and checked. It can be delivered for use only after the running test is normal. 2. Disassembly of NSK bearing: When the NSK bearing is to be used continuously after dismantling, appropriate disassembly tools should be selected. When removing a ferrule with an interference fit, only the pulling force can be applied to the ferrule, and it is never allowed to transmit the removal force through the rolling elements, otherwise the rolling elements and the raceway will be crushed. 3. The use environment of NSK bearings: According to the use parts and conditions of use and environmental conditions, select the size and accuracy of the specifications, and cooperate with the appropriate NSK bearings is the premise to ensure the life and reliability of the NSK bearings. 1. Use parts: Tapered roller NSK bearings are suitable for bearing combined radial and axial loads mainly based on radial loads. Usually, two sets of NSK bearings are used in pairs, mainly for front and rear wheel hubs, driving bevel gears, etc. of automobiles. Differential, reducer and other transmission parts. 2. Allowable speed: in the environment of correct installation and good lubrication, the allowable speed is 0.3-0.5 times the limit speed of NSK bearing. Under normal circumstances, 0.2 times the limit speed is the most appropriate. 3. Permissible inclination angle: tapered roller NSK bearings generally do not allow the shaft to be inclined relative to the housing hole. If there is an inclination, the maximum shall not exceed 2′. 4. Allowable temperature: Under normal load, and the lubricant has high temperature resistance and sufficient lubrication, NSK bearings are generally allowed to work at an ambient temperature of -30°C to 150°C.
