If it occurs in the middle or early stage of the bearing's use, it should be regarded as unnatural spalling. At this time, the cause of spalling should be identified. 1. Turn its outer ring and carefully rinse the junction of the cage, rolling elements and raceways, requiring that any hidden parts of the original oil traces be thoroughly cleaned. After the cylindrical roller bearing is cleaned, the attached cleaning oil should be drenched and dried on a workbench lined with clean neutral backing paper, or slowly dried in a far-infrared oven. After the cleaning oil has been drenched and even dried or dried, the bearing rings, cages or any rolling elements must not be rotated during the whole process. Bearings should not be exposed to rain and moisture to avoid rusting. Bumps are strictly prohibited. 2. The bearing type, configuration and accuracy should be reasonably selected according to the size, direction and nature of the load. 3. According to the use of bearings in machinery and equipment, reasonably select the matching properties and tolerance grades of bearings and bearing seats, bearings and shafts. 4.
