Design of the base Rigidity of the base and flatness of the mounting surface When the rigidity of the base on which the FYH rolling bearing with a block is mounted is low or the flatness of the mounting surface is poor, vibration and abnormal noise will be generated during the operation of the bearing with a block, which may cause early damage. . In addition, there is a risk of reducing the strength of the bearing housing. Therefore, the base on which the housed bearing is mounted should be sufficiently rigid, and the mounting surface must be machined to a precision that does not deform the bearing and housing. The recommended value of the flatness of the mounting surface is shown in Figure 9.3 when the base with the rolling bearing is installed. FYH Mounting Hole with Annular Pedestal Bearing The annular pedestal bearing is directly mounted in the cylindrical hole of the base as a free end assembly. Under normal conditions of use, the tolerance zone for installing a cylindrical hole with an annular housing bearing is selected as H7. When the shaft and bearing are used at high temperature, the tolerance zone of the cylindrical hole of the base is selected as G7. In applications where vibration and shock exist, it is recommended to use a tolerance zone with a small fitting clearance between the cylindrical hole of the base and the bearing with housing. The vertical seat, the square seat and the diamond seat are provided with the pin seat for the positioning of the bearing box. When required to hold the bearing housing in the correct position, use the dowel pins for installation.
