d The outer ring of the movable bearing should be in good contact with the semi-circular hole of the open bearing seat and the bearing cover. When checking with a 0.03mm feeler gauge within the above range, the feeler gauge shall not be inserted into 1/3 of the width of the outer ring.

For rolling bearings that use grease, after assembly, inject a clean grease that meets the requirements of about 50% of the cavity volume into the bearing cavity. Where thin oil lubricated bearings are not allowed to add grease.

The heating temperature should not be higher than 120℃ when the rolling bearing is hot loaded; the cooling temperature should not be lower than -80℃ when it is cold loaded.

When the non-adjustable radial clearance is adopted at both ends of the shaft and the axial displacement is limited by the end caps at both ends, one end of the shaft must be left open. out of the gap C, as shown. The value of the clearance C can be calculated as follows:

where C——the clearance between the bearing outer race and the end cover, mm;

L——Center distance between two bearings, mm;

α——Linear expansion coefficient of shaft material, for steel: α12×10-6℃-1;

Δt——The difference between the maximum working temperature of the shaft and the ambient temperature, °C;

0.15——The remaining gap after the shaft expands, mm.

In general, Δtu003d40℃, so the C value can be calculated according to the following simple formula only according to the L dimension during assembly.

The axial clearance of single row tapered roller bearings, angular contact ball bearings and double-way thrust ball bearings is determined by Axial clearance adjustment for angular contact ball bearings, single row tapered roller bearings and double row thrust ball bearings. Double-row and four-row tapered roller bearings should be checked for axial clearance during assembly, and should meet the axial clearance requirements of double-row and four-row tapered roller bearings in the table.
