30300 series bearings are one series of tapered roller bearings. The bearing is a radial thrust type rolling bearing in which the rolling elements are tapered rollers, and they are constructed for high loads. At the same time, they are relatively narrow as regards its inner and outer diameter.

Tapered roller bearings are usually of a separate type, ie a conical inner ring assembly consisting of an inner ring with a roller and cage assembly can be mounted separately from the outer bevel (outer ring).

30300 Series belong to the separated type bearings, and the inner and outer ring of the bearings have conical row raceways. When the conical roller bearing equipment needs regular maintenance, operation and peripheral parts are changed, it is necessary to judge whether the bearing parts can be used again and record the operation status. If any of the inner and outer rings, rollers, or retainers are cracked or fragmented, the surface of inner and outer ring or rolling body will be peeled off. The raceway surface, side stop or rolling body is obviously stuck. Serious wear of cage or obvious loosening of rivet. The raceway surface and the rolling body are rusty and scarred. Marked indentation on rolling surface or rolling body. Having traces of movement on the inner diameter of the inner ring or on the outer diameter of the outer ring. Surface discoloration caused by overheating. Damage of sealing ring and dust cover of grease seal bearing. These circumstances require timely replacement of the bearing.

Applications

They are mainly used in hob bearing of truck, shaft of large machine tool, wheel shaft box, large reducer, bearing of rollers of steel mill, etc.
