(1) The joint surfaces of the upper and lower bearing shells should be tightly fitted, and check with a 0.05mm feeler gauge that they cannot be inserted. (2) When fixing the bearing bush with the locating pin, drill the hinge and distribute the pin under the condition that the mouth face and end face of the bush are kept flush with the opening face and end face of the relevant bearing hole. After the pin is driven in, it must not be loosened, and the end face of the pin should be 1~2mm lower than the inner hole of the bearing bush.

(3) The outer circles of the upper and lower bearing shells should be in good contact with the relevant bearing seat holes, and the contact rate within the allowable contact angle should meet the requirements for the contact between the outer circles of the upper and lower bearing shells and the relevant bearing seat holes in the table .

(4) Oil wedges (such as C1 shown in the oil wedge dimension diagram of the upper and lower bearing bushes) shall be processed for the parts other than the contact angle α between the inner holes of the upper and lower bearing bushes and the relevant journals. The maximum gradually transitions to zero, and the maximum value of the wedge is specified by the size of the oil wedge of the upper and lower bearing bushes in the table.

(5) After scraping and grinding the inner hole of the bearing bush, it should be in good contact with the relevant journal, and the contact spots within the contact angle range are specified according to the contact requirements of the inner hole of the bearing bush and the relevant journal at the top and bottom of the table. The scraping and grinding contact requirements of the alloy bearing lining are also specified in accordance with the contact requirements between the inner holes of the upper and lower bearing bushes and the relevant journals, but the scraping amount shall not be greater than 1/30 of the wall thickness of the alloy bearing lining.

(6) The bearing body of the spherical bearing and the spherical seat should be in uniform contact, and the contact rate should not be less than 70% by coloring inspection.

(7) The assembly of the integral bushing can be press-fitted or cold-fitted according to the size of the interference.

(8) After the shaft sleeve is inserted into the machine, the inner diameter of the shaft sleeve and the shaft should meet the design requirements, and can be properly repaired and scraped if necessary. The joint surfaces of the two pieces shall be colored and ground together, and the contact marks shall be evenly distributed, and the uncontacted part shall not exceed the square value defined in the table of uniform contact limit values u200bu200bwithin the limited area.
