Triple seal assembly (accessory symbol L3) The triple seal structure is an oil seal with triple lips vulcanized and bonded to a steel plate seal plate. The triple lip strongly prevents dust, mud, water, etc. from entering the inside of the bearing, ensuring the life of the bearing even in severe environmental conditions. In addition, the triple seal ring is installed on the outer ring of the bearing, so the use of the triple seal ring assembly is exactly the same as that of the ordinary product. In addition, the triple seal ring assembly does not have the phenomenon of contact between the shaft and one end of the seal ring when the bearing is aligned with the dust cover assembly, so it can maintain stable performance for a long time. The triple seal assembly is an epoch-making product that saves labor and costs by improving the shortcomings of the conventional dustproof and waterproof assemblies. Triple seals are suitable for FYH UC and UK bearings. Dust cover kits (C, D, FC, FD) with dust cover kits are equipped with a steel cover or cast iron cover on a standard bearing housing, and have a double seal structure of the bearing and the bearing housing. Even in harsh environmental conditions such as dust, mud and water, the life of the bearing can be ensured. There are two types of assemblies with dust cover: C-type and FC-type through type, and D-type and FD-type with one-end sealed type (CD type and FCD type when FYH has a vertical seat bearing). Form and structure of assembly with dust cover In the case of a block bearing, the oil-supplied type for heat resistance (special symbol D1K2), the oil-free type for heat resistance (special symbol D9K2), and the cold-resistant type (special symbol D2K2) should be selected. The heat-resistant unit (special symbol D9K2) uses fluorine grease, which enables long-term operation without oil supply at high temperature.
