Test run inspection and regular maintenance of bearings

In order to check whether the seated rolling bearing is installed correctly, a trial operation check shall be carried out after installation. The test run inspection is carried out according to the following process to confirm whether the bearing with seat is abnormal. Rolling bearings with seat are the same as general sealed bearings. They do not require maintenance, but when used in particularly important applications, for the safety of the bearing During operation, appropriate intervals should be determined for regular inspections. A seated rolling bearing cannot disassemble the bearing to check the internal condition, but check the appearance and running status as shown below to judge whether the seated bearing is abnormal. Table 14.3 shows the main abnormal contents and their causes found in regular inspections of seated rolling bearings. If an abnormality is found in a rolling bearing with a seat through regular inspections, countermeasures must be taken promptly and implemented. When it is judged that it is difficult to continue to use, it is very important to replace the seated bearing to prevent other parts from being endangered. (3) Carry out power running under the specified conditions, and check whether there is abnormal noise, vibration, temperature rise, etc.
