Test run inspection and regular maintenance of FYH bearings

In order to check whether the FYH rolling bearing with block is installed correctly, a test run inspection should be carried out after installation. The test run inspection is carried out according to the following procedure to confirm whether the bearing unit is abnormal. Table 14.3 Main Abnormal Contents and Reasons Found in Periodic Inspection Abnormal Content Reasons Excessive Torque (Heavy) ① Deterioration of grease ② Contact between oil seal and flinger due to excessive replenishment of grease ③ Deformation of flinger and contact with oil seal ④ Due to Abnormal load caused by elongation of the shaft, abnormal noise, abnormal vibration ① Looseness of the set screw of the bearing inner ring or bearing housing mounting bolt ② Wear of the mating surface of the shaft and the bearing inner ring due to creep or abrasion ③ Intrusion into the bearing interior ④ The raceway surface or rotating surface of the bearing is damaged due to rolling fatigue. ⑤ Indentation occurs on the raceway surface or rotating surface of the bearing due to excessive load. ② The oil seal is in contact with the oil slinger due to excessive supply of grease. ③ The oil slinger is deformed in contact with the oil seal. ④ The set screw or lock nut (fastener) of the bearing inner ring is loose. ⑥ The raceway surface or rotating surface of the bearing is damaged due to rolling fatigue ① Due to poor installation, a preload is applied to the bearing in the axial direction ② Due to poor use or poor installation, the oil seal and the slinger are in contact ③ Due to the lock nut (fasteners) are too tight, and the internal clearance of the bearing is too small. FYH rolling bearings with a seat are the same as ordinary sealed bearings, and do not require maintenance, but when used in particularly important applications For safe operation, regular inspections should be determined at appropriate intervals. For rolling bearings with a house, it is not possible to disassemble the bearing to check the internal state, but to check the appearance and operation status as shown below to judge whether there is any abnormality in the bearing with a house. Table 14.3 shows the main abnormal contents and causes found in the periodic inspection of rolling bearings with houses. When an abnormality is found in the rolling bearing with a block through regular inspection, countermeasures should be taken promptly and implemented. When it is judged that it is difficult to continue to use, it is very important to replace the bearing with a block to prevent other parts from being endangered. (1) Appearance (2) Looseness of the set screw of the bearing inner ring or the mounting bolt of the bearing box (3) The state of vibration and noise (4) Temperature (5) Confirmation of grease replenishment interval and replenishment amount vibration. (3) Carry out power operation under the specified conditions, and check whether there is abnormal noise, vibration, temperature rise, etc.
