'Why does replacing the electric spindle bearing sometimes eliminate the noise, and sometimes not?' Secondly, for the situation where the dimensional tolerance deviation is relatively serious, even with the 'adjustment' of the previous bearings, it is still impossible to adjust the product workpiece back within the tolerance range. So no matter how you replace the bearing, the noise will still exist. It can be seen from the above examples that if there is any problem with the electric spindle bearing itself, it is reasonable to replace the bearing. If the problem isn't the bearings at all, then replacing the bearings may or may not work. This confusing situation is very harmful. It is strongly recommended that when encountering bearing noise problems, it is necessary to refer to certain methods to find the root cause of the problem, rather than simply changing the bearing.
