Bearing maintenance: Bearing cleaning: When disassembling the bearing for maintenance, first record the appearance of the imported bearing, confirm the residual amount of lubricant, and wash the bearing after sampling the lubricant for inspection. As a cleaning agent, gasoline and kerosene are generally used. The cleaning of the disassembled imported bearings is divided into coarse cleaning and fine cleaning. They are placed in the container respectively, and the metal mesh pad is placed at the bottom first, so that the bearing does not directly contact the dirt of the container. During rough cleaning, if the bearing is rotated with dirt, it will damage the rolling surface of the imported bearing, so you should pay attention. In the rough cleaning oil, use a brush to remove the grease and sticky substances. After it is roughly clean, it is transferred to the fine cleaning. Fine cleaning is to carefully clean the bearing while rotating in the cleaning oil. In addition, the cleaning oil should also be kept clean regularly. 3. Bearing maintenance and judgment: In order to judge whether the disassembled imported bearing can be used, it should be checked after the bearing is cleaned. Check the state of the raceway surface, rolling surface, mating surface, the wear condition of the cage, the increase in bearing clearance, and the damage and abnormality irrelevant to the drop in dimensional accuracy. For non-separable small ball bearings, use one hand to support the inner ring and rotate the outer ring to check whether it is fluent. For separate bearings such as tapered roller bearings, the rolling elements and the raceway surface of the outer ring can be inspected separately. Since large bearings cannot be rotated by hand, pay attention to checking the appearance of rolling elements, raceway surfaces, cages, rib surfaces, etc. The higher the importance of imported bearings, the more careful inspections must be made. 1.
