Bearing maintenance: Bearing cleaning: When disassembling the bearing for maintenance, first record the appearance of the imported bearing, confirm the residual amount of lubricant, and wash the bearing after sampling the lubricant for inspection. As a cleaning agent, gasoline and kerosene are generally used. The cleaning of the disassembled imported bearings is divided into coarse cleaning and fine cleaning. During rough cleaning, if the bearing is rotated with dirt, it will damage the rolling surface of the imported bearing, so you should pay attention. In the rough cleaning oil, use a brush to remove the grease and sticky substances. After it is roughly clean, it is transferred to the fine cleaning. Fine cleaning is to carefully clean the bearing while rotating in the cleaning oil. In addition, the cleaning oil should also be kept clean regularly. 3. Bearing maintenance and judgment: In order to judge whether the disassembled imported bearing can be used, it should be checked after the bearing is cleaned. Check the state of the raceway surface, rolling surface, mating surface, the wear condition of the cage, the increase in bearing clearance, and the damage and abnormality irrelevant to the drop in dimensional accuracy. For non-separable small ball bearings, use one hand to support the inner ring and rotate the outer ring to check whether it is fluent. For separate bearings such as tapered roller bearings, the rolling elements and the raceway surface of the outer ring can be inspected separately. Since large bearings cannot be rotated by hand, pay attention to checking the appearance of rolling elements, raceway surfaces, cages, rib surfaces, etc. The higher the importance of imported bearings, the more careful inspections must be made. 1. The resultant force of the force should pass through the axis of the bearing as much as possible, which requires the force application point to be symmetrical and stable on average, and the force should be applied through the spherical surface or parallel to the axis. 2. The size of the force should be stable and even, and there should be no impact. This requires the use of oil pressure or a tool that can exert a stable tension or pressure. When hammering is really necessary, it must also be soft and not through a copper sleeve. The chip metal is cushioned, and the percussion force is as gentle as possible. It is best to use a copper rod or copper hammer to stop hammering. 3. Prevent the force from being applied by the rolling elements, which requires applying force through the inner ring when assembling and disassembling the inner ring (shaft ring), and applying force through the outer ring when installing and disassembling the outer ring. 4. The drag force should continue to the proper level. For example, when the bearing is installed, the force should be stopped when the imported bearing is just installed in the correct position to ensure that the end face of the ferrule (washer) abuts against the seat hole or the shoulder end face of the shaft. It can't be squeezed too tightly, and it can't be installed out of place.
