Types and replenishment methods of FYH bearing grease

Types of supplementary greases: There are various types of greases used in FYH rolling bearings with a block on the market, but sometimes different types of greases, especially different soap-based greases, are mixed, which will significantly reduce the lubricating performance. Therefore, the supplementary grease should be the same as the initial filling grease, and the use of different types of grease should be avoided. The recommended refilling grease for FYH rolling bearing with house is the same as the initial filling grease (refer to Table 2.3). Also, when using other greases as a last resort, at least the same type (thickener) as the initial filling grease should be used. Grease replenishment method: The grease replenishment of the bearing housing is carried out with the grease nozzle and grease gun installed on the bearing housing (Fig. 14.13). Fig. 14.13 Replenishment of grease for FYH rolling bearing with a block ① Clean the grease nozzle and its surrounding so that foreign matter does not enter the inside of the bearing ② Clean the grease gun and fill with clean grease ③ Supplement the grease to relubricate the FYH rolling bearing with a block When grease is applied, it is recommended to rotate the shaft by hand (or to rotate the bearing unit at low speed). In this way, the old grease can be properly removed, and the new grease can be evenly added to the inside of the bearing. In terms of mechanical structure, when it is difficult to replenish the grease with the standard type (A type) grease nozzle, B type and C type grease nozzles are also available, please order. The types of grease nozzles are shown in Figure 14.14. When supplying oil to a plurality of rolling bearings with a block with a centralized oil supply device, use a soft grease with a consistency of 300 to 380. In order to replenish the specified amount of grease correctly, appropriate piping must be performed. The piping of the rolling bearing with block is carried out using the threaded hole of the grease nozzle of the bearing housing, but when the threaded hole of the bearing housing and the thread of the piping are different, use the reducing sleeve joint. Figure 14.15 shows the structure of the reducing casing joint for centralized oil supply. In addition, when carrying out centralized oil supply, determine a short grease replenishment interval. If the replenishment amount shown in Table 14.5 is replenished in several times, the bearing lubrication effect will be good.
