The national large-scale bearing engineering technology research center established by Wazhou Group successfully passed the acceptance organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology and was officially named. Bearing is a strategic material of the national economy, and a key basic component of major equipment and precision equipment manufacturing such as high-speed trains, wind power generation, CNC machine tools, rail transit, and so on. The National Large-scale Bearing Engineering Technology Research Center focuses on the four common technical problems of bearing accuracy, performance, life and reliability, and focuses on the development of bearing engineering application analysis software, bearing material application research, bearing sealing and lubrication and process research, which has changed many of our country The long-term dependence on imports of key technology and equipment in key areas of high-precision, high-reliability, and high-speed bearings has driven the overall development of my country's bearing industry technology. Relying on the national large-scale bearing engineering technology research center established by Wazhou Group, it has a research and development team with high technical level, rich engineering experience, reasonable structure and strong innovation ability; domestic first-class engineering research and development equipment, engineering experiment base, and China Test and industrialization bases have established rail transit, wind power, automobiles, steel, precision machine tools and special bearing test platforms. The overall engineering technology research and development capabilities have reached the domestic leading level, and some have reached the international advanced level. During the establishment of the center, it undertook 14 projects at or above the provincial and ministerial level, won 26 provincial and ministerial awards, applied for 140 national patents, developed axlebox bearings for high-speed trains, axlebox bearings for 100-ton trucks, high-speed machine tool bearings, and high-speed wire rods. New products such as rolling mill bearings have reached the international advanced level.
