Hammering method A method of hammering a copper rod and some softer raw materials with a hammer head. Knock the inner and outer rings of the bearing to prevent damage to the mutual matching precision of the bearing or damage to the bearing. Second, screw press or four-column hydraulic press assembly method For bearings with large clearance fit dimensional tolerances, screw press or four-column hydraulic press can be used to assemble. Before pressing, the shaft and bearing should be leveled, and a small amount of grease should be applied. The pressing rate should not be too fast. After the bearing is in time, the working pressure should be quickly removed to avoid damage to the bearing or shaft. 3. Hot-loading method The hot-loading method is to put the special bearing of the main shaft into the oil and heat it to 80-100, so that the inner hole of the bearing is expanded and then fitted to the shaft, which can prevent the shaft and the bearing from being damaged. Bearings with sealing caps and sealing rings whose internal structure has been flooded with grease are not suitable for shrink-fit.
