(1) When using the number of revolutions, please refer to the items related to the allowable number of revolutions described in the product manual and the product specification confirmation chart of our company. If it is used in the case of exceeding the allowable speed, it is easy to damage the circulating parts, causing the risk of the workbench being scattered. When using a vertical axis, it is recommended to set up protective structures such as safety nuts to prevent the worktable from being scattered. Please negotiate with our company about the protective structure. (2) Please use the ball screw in a clean environment. Use with a dust cover to prevent dust and debris from entering the ball screw. If dust and debris enter the ball screw due to poor dustproofing, it will not only aggravate the decline in the function of the ball screw, but also blockage due to dust and other reasons, damage the circulating parts, and cause serious accidents such as workbench dispersion. (3) The design and application temperature limit of this product is lower than 80 degrees, please do not use it in the case of exceeding this temperature. Otherwise, the circulating parts and sealing cap parts may be damaged. (4) If the ball screw nut is used over the distance, there will be problems such as scattered balls, damage to circulating parts, track indentation, etc., resulting in poor operation. Continued use in this state will result in accelerated wear and cycle component damage. So please do not exceed the distance.
