Tapered roller bearing unit, TAROL unit is a double-row tapered roller bearing, the clearance has been adjusted, filled with grease and sealed before leaving the factory. Therefore, the installation of the TAROL unit is very convenient, and it can be press-fitted to the journal by hydraulic equipment. TAROL units are used as wheel bearings for railway vehicles such as freight cars and passenger cars. Bearing installation is quick and convenient: the bearing can be press-fitted to the journal in one operation, and securely fastened by bolts and other parts. The matching dimensions and tolerances of the inner ring of the bearing and the journal meet the requirements, and the bearing can obtain the necessary axial clearance. The TAROL unit is filled with proven grease. The grease in metric bearings meets the EN12081 standard. The grease in inch bearings meets the AAR standard. If customers need, we can also provide TAROL units with relubricating holes on the outer ring. The relubrication period is determined according to the application. We can provide metric and imperial TAROL units that meet the standard journals of all railway vehicles. Special size bearings, individual parts, replacement parts and saddles are also available on request.
