(hereinafter referred to as 'Qinghai Huading') has made breakthroughs in bearing design, performance analysis, precision manufacturing, heat treatment and application, and achieved a 400t horizontal lathe HT420×180-400-NC, 160t The successful matching of bearings for key parts of machine tools such as horizontal lathe CK61450×15/160 and CNC double-column vertical lathe CKX52125×55/400 meets the design requirements of machine tool processing accuracy. After about a year of trial, the machining accuracy of the machine tool has been maintained well, confirming that the various indexes of the bearing meet the requirements of use, the accuracy is stable, and it has reached the international advanced level. It can be seen that the key indicators of the bearings developed in this project have reached or even partially exceeded the UP level (the highest level of foreign machine tool bearings) accuracy requirements of SKF and FAG. Not only that, the research unit of this subject also extended the size range and formulated a national standard. This standard not only represents the highest level in China, but also represents the international advanced level.
The products of this project have been successfully used in OEMs such as First Heavy Industry, Wuhan Heavy Machine Tool Group Co., Ltd. and Qinghai Huading. Among them, bearings NNU49/1250K/SP W33, NN30/750K/SP W33, NN3092K/SP W33, 811/1060M/P4 and 812/630M/P4 have been installed on a 400t horizontal lathe (HT420×180-400 -NC), mainly used for processing nuclear power million-kilowatt low-pressure rotors and support rolls of wide and thick plate mills above 4.7m. After processing, the roundness reaches 0.02mm and the cylindricity is 0.025/1000mm. After a year of trial, the accuracy is maintained and the machine runs smoothly.

The workpiece is a large hydraulic turbine rotor with a diameter of 12m and a weight of 250t. , After processing, the roundness reaches 0.012mm and the cylindricity is 0.02/300mm. After a year of trial, it can still maintain the original processing accuracy and meet the requirements of use.
