Cooling water mainly plays multiple functions such as cooling, lubrication, cleaning, and rust prevention in best bearings processing. The first-level anti-rust management personnel will conduct a monthly process discipline inspection of the production plant, the management of cooling water, anti-rust fluid, cleaning fluid, and anti-rust oil, as well as the rust rate, cleanliness and oiled packaging of finished bearings. A comprehensive inspection of the management level of the rust workers and the detection of the monitoring items is carried out, the assessment is scored, and the assessment results are issued to the production plant. Bearing rust cleaning steps

1. When a large number of tpyes of bearings need to be cleaned, first use hot oil with a temperature of 90 to 100 °C to heat the oil seal to melt it off, then use a clean tool to empty the old oil inside, and then scald it for a while and then rinse it with hot oil Remove the excess oil in it, and drench it again with hot gasoline in the last step.

2. When cleaning the surface of the  wholesale bearing, you should use clean gasoline, kerosene, and other solutions for cleaning. After confirming that the cleaning is clean, dry it with a clean rag and then apply a thin layer of lubricating oil, and then follow the standard. The installation process can be installed.

3. When everything is checked and ready to open the bearing package, you should put the bearing in a clean liquid such as gasoline and then gently turn the outer sleeve of the cusotm bearing by hand, so that the clear surface of the roof and the sundries in the ball raceway will be removed.
