Dustproof and waterproof performance test example of seated bearing

Various tests have been conducted to confirm the dustproof and waterproof performance of the seated rolling bearing. The representative test results are shown below. Rotation speed: 640 min-1 Load: Only belt tension Dust: Aluminum powder (1000 [sieve]) Lubrication: No grease replenishment during operation Dust dispersal test result example (dustproof performance) Normal product is generated after approximately 500 hours of operation Abnormal sound, it can be concluded that the dust has invaded. Correspondingly, the triple seal assembly (accessory symbol L3) and the dust cover assembly (accessory symbol C) did not produce any abnormalities after 3,000 hours of operation, showing good dust-proof performance. Dust burying rotation test (dust-proof performance) The rolling bearing with seat is buried in dust, and the impeller installed on the shaft is operated while stirring the dust to determine the dust-proof performance of the product. The service conditions of the seated rolling bearing under this test method are the most severe.
