There are many heating methods for bearing heaters. The commonly used heating methods for imported bearings include induction heating, electric heating plate heating, electric furnace heating, electric bulb heating, and oil tank heating.

1. Induction heating method:

The induction heater can quickly, reliably and cleanly heat the bearing to the required temperature, which is especially suitable for the inner ring In the case of tight fit, since only the inner ring is heated, and the outer ring is less heated, it can be easily installed on the shaft and easily installed in the seat hole.

2. Electric heating plate heating method:

Put the bearing on the electric heating plate with a temperature of 100 ℃ for a few minutes. This method is the simplest, such as turning over several times to make the bearing The heating is uniform and the efficiency is high. This method can be used for large and small bearings.

3. Electric furnace heating method:

Place the bearing in a closed automatic temperature control electric furnace for heating, uniform heating, accurate temperature control, fast heating, suitable for heating many bearings in a batch Occasions.

4. Electric bulb heating method:

( 1) Use a 50W electric bulb to heat the bearing to ensure that the heating temperature is around 100 ℃. The smaller bearing can be placed directly on the bulb, which is more The large bearing can be placed in the conical cover of the bulb, which can prevent the heat loss of the bulb and make the heating even.

( 2) The conical cover can be adjusted up and down, which can adapt to heating bearings of different sizes within a certain range.

( 3) If a far-infrared bulb is used, please note that the direction of the bulb should be downward, so as to prevent the infrared rays from being harmful to human eyes.

( 5) The bulb heating method is suitable for a small quantity and not often needed; the occasions where the bearing needs to be heated, the bulb can also be used for lighting at ordinary times, and no other equipment is required.

5. Oil tank heating method:

( 1) This is a traditional heating method that is widely used. The bearing should be hoisted with a hook.

( 2) Bearings should not be placed directly on the bottom of the groove to prevent localized parts of the bearing contacting the bottom of the groove from being overheated, or dirt deposited on the bottom of the groove entering the bearing.

(3) The key points of the oil tank heating method are as follows. Non-corrosive mineral oil with good thermal stability should be used, preferably transformer oil. The oil and the container should be kept clean.

( 4) The capacity of the oil tank should be determined by the size of the heated bearing and the amount of oil. If the container is too small, during continuous operation, the oil temperature will drop quickly when the bearing is put in, and the effect will be not good.
