The seat is glued to the parallel surface block, and the head of the lever dial indicator is placed on the end face of the outer ring of the bearing, so that the lever indicator head is pressed down by 0 to 0.4mm, and the reading of the dial indicator is read and recorded. Gently push the parallel block connected to the magnetic meter seat and move it inward to the end face of the bearing inner hole, read and record the reading of the dial indicator, and calculate two sets of reading errors X, that is, the end face with a large reading is lower than the end face with a small reading X. For example, the reading of the dial gauge head on the outer end face is 0.14mm, and the reading on the inner ring end face is 0, which means that the inner ring end face is 0.14mm lower than the outer ring end face. Then turn it around and keep the bearing position unchanged, press the lever dial gauge head down against the end face of the outer ring of the lathe spindle bearing and press the gauge head down by 0 to 0.4mm, read the dial gauge and record it. Then move to the end face of the inner ring to read and record the reading of the dial indicator, and calculate the reading error Y of two groups, that is, the end face with a large reading is higher than the end face with a small reading. Using the above whole process to measure 4 points symmetrically on the circle, the smaller the difference between the measured values, the higher the accuracy of the bearing.
